This film was made as a tribute to the thousands of men and
women of the United States Army National Guard. Not only are they
charged with responding to natural disasters across the nation, they
are required to be professional soldiers while juggling other careers
in the community. Many are now being called to overseas combat
zones and this is the story that sets the record straight on why
these doctors, auto mechanics, paramedics and airline pilots step away
from civilian careers and become 'Citizen Soldiers'.
